Hey, rain in Vegas is big news, to people in Vegas. No one else cares at all, not even a little.

Kentucky had some bad flooding. But every single year, year after year, there is a city with major flooding. It is really bad news to the people that lost a house or business or a relative. Flooding kills thousands of people globally every single year. Billions in losses from people that build next to a creek or river, or along the coast. It will happen again, every single river has flooded in the past, and will flood again.
