My F-I-L is a rabid Auburn fan and as recently as Thanksgiving was convinced Kiffin was headed to Auburn. I replied, "But Kiffin had a meeting with his players and said he wasn't going.". He said, "No he didn't!!". Anyway, I told him (and have been saying here for a while now) that I bet it was going to be Freeze. He told me that Auburn would never hire Freeze because of his character. I had to stop myself from chuckling. How quickly they forget the whole Cam Newton saga. ;)

The thing I don't get about Matt Rhule going Nebraska is that his record at Baylor was only around .500 and NFL was worse. How does that correlate to wanting him to turn around your program?
