Anyone near Sacramento/Woodland, Ca. area?

Hey guys, anyone near that area that can run by a shop and verify something for me?…

Long story short, there’s a guy selling a four wheeler in that area, but it’s priced @$3000 less than all the other ones across the country so I just wanna verify that he actually has one in his possession… He said he’s open to anybody coming by, but it just sounds sketchy to me. All I need is someone to run by and make sure that the guy is real, and take a picture of the Vin number on the frame so I know the quad is real! I’m happy to buy your lunch/beer for your troubles!
