The Woman King
99% Rotten Tomatoes Audience can't be wrong and I enthusiastically agree this was a great movie driven by Viola Davis who should win an award or two for her performance. Strong, fierce characters with excellent acting and direction.
Tension from start to finish, it's a fantastic but realistic story that mixes facts, history and fiction artfully allowing for a moment to let you believe it's the most amazing documentary you've ever seen. Worth seeing.

It may be a great movie but it is no where near historically accurate.

Wow... Impressive! Viola Davis must have gone on an extreme diet/work out routine.
She's always excellent in her movies. From "Fences" with Mr Cool, Denzel Washington! ![]() ![]()
