Ok, here is what you do: Right click on the video, select copy embedded code. Then paste in the post. See above. Notice there are no commercials in the paste. You can do this. I really enjoy those two, btw.

I like to click on the "SHARE" link under the video, which brings up this:
 After you select "Embed", you get to choose when you'd like the embedded video to start. Hit "Copy" and you're ready to post:
