Army recruitment ad
Pool players LOLing...that is NOT what you call a wicked shot. It's a scoop shot, a foul...a legal jump shot involves a downward stroke on the cue ball, creating the hop.

As an Army retiree I'm embarrassed. Army of One was bad but this is horrible, along with the "2 moms" recruitment ad.
Sure, everyone just hangs out in their uniform after hours in the day room or at the club. Sure. And the vernacular accents, smh. They should have just had them drop a few F Bombs, it would be more authentic. Or if they really wanted to make it realistic, have one of the guys get charged with a false sexual assault claim by one of the females. Sorry, just a little jaded today. |

"When we start recruiting soldiers by appealing to a desire to meet new friends to socialize with, we‘re lost. In the Marine Corps we used to say… “Join the Marines. Travel to exotic lands, experience new cultures, meet new, interesting people, and kill them.” I’m sorry, but that’s the attitude you want in your military. Not this Kumbaya bull****. Who do you want protecting the country?" |
I read some where most of the kids these days enlisting in the army wash out because they lack the basic required physicality for the job.
I guess I should not be surprise apparently 60% of adult Americans are said to be obese |
