PC/Windows 10 Expert(s) Needed

I have a strange (to me, anyway) issue with Outlook. Every time I open it, the screen automatically zooms, requiring me to hold the Control button and rotate the mouse wheel to bring it back down to a proper, usable size.

The issue is exclusive to my personal email account page - I don't experience it on any other site.

I've lived with it for a few months now: at first it seemed just a minor inconvenience but it's come to bug the living ****tskies out of me, to the point where I finally decided to turn to the good folks at PPOT for help.

Here's hoping one of you can.

Here's how tech-savvy I am: I don't know the answer to that.

It's one of several items in my Bookmarks Toolbar. I open it and it automatically zooms. No other site/bookmarked item does that.

I haven't used Outlook for a long time, but I'd be willing to bet it has something to do with saving the last setting you used when shutting down. You might try looking for a 'Preferences' in the menu system when you have Outlook open.

This... Also reset you zoom to 100% in advanced settings for all web pages.

Web browsers can remember zoom settings for individual pages.
- For instance, you can set zoom to 90% for Faceplant and 120% for Twitsville.
