When you…

#1 - After my last dental check up, I bought an electric toothbrush with a timer. I definitely was not brushing for two minutes and was not brushing all of my molars in the back. Which brings up, when you brush your teeth, do you leave the water running? Now that I’m brushing for two minutes, I turn it off.

#2 - When you are in traffic and come up to an intersection with a light, do you say damn the torpedoes and full steam ahead, by driving into the intersection no matter where you stop? I always stay back, unless I know I can fit or see traffic moving. It sucks either way, to you have somebody blaring their horn at you or your cock blocked by someone.

Any other thoughts on when you…

Edited for spelling.

I only have an answer for your first question.
I always use a toothbrush with a 30 second timer for each quadrant. If I don't, I find myself hurrying through each without doing a good job.

I never leave the water running...it will lead to shorter brushing times...for me.

I have never been cock blocked by someone.:D

Yep, my wife's dentist got us to get an electric toothbrush about 10 years ago. It's got the timer on it. I still don't think my wife brushes for 2 mins. I brush for 2-3 mins.

We turn the water off when brushing. That's something that my wife pushed for. Now it's automatic for me too.

I recently wore out my Sonicare and got a new one. The old one didn't have a timer, the new one does. Battery lasts a lot longer with the new one. I used to charge the old one @once a week, now I can go almost two whole weeks between charges. I really miss using it when it's on the charge cycle as I can't brush like I used to, the muscle memory is shot for that motion. I turn off the water when brushing. Never used to keep it on even when manually brushing.:D

My toothbrush has a timer on it but I ignore it.

I charge the toothbrush about once a week and when it's well powered up it's less minutes, and so on.

When I start a project..
There are lots of sketches and calculations involved. Then things get changed ( dimensions, joins, order of operation) while I go over things in my head. It takes me a while to get started, but since actual construction time is reduced, the project gets done in the same amount of time with less stress and waste.

Best

Leave the water on? No, never.

They always made a big deal about that in the Navy, something about having to make fresh water, lazy GD hole snipes not wanting to work is more like it.

I leave the water on cause I just take the electric brush in the shower

I leave the water on because it's good for the environment.

Do you dribble used toothpase on your T-shirt or the floor?
