Reminds me of this classic:

All of the TV I watch is on my DVR, and never watch anything live. I record anything I am planning to watch, and skip the commercials.
The only political commercial crap I have gotten is spam email and texts and phone calls. Those never get past the title. The only live TV I ever see is the extreme weather broadcasts. When a severe thunderstorm is coming our way, or possible tornado the TV stations go to "wall to wall" coverage, no commercials, nothing but storm coverage. No small talk, nothing at all but storm coverage. |
Good stuff. Right up there with the muffler bearings...

Some good info if you drill down. Never did this but never knew why. Thank you, Wayne.
You absolutely SHOULD NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, turn off your positron recorder without manually clearing the Borsehn Subhydrometer chamber first; the buildup of bifurcated helix nanoparticles will create a Gould-Patton reaction. https://www.reddit.com/r/VXJunkies/comments/yrvccl/whats_the_most_effective_way_to_calibrate_a/ |
My dog used to drop nuggets like this everyday on the lawn..

Robert, I am in the process of building a turbo encabulator but am having a bit of a problem getting the warbulator shaft aligned with the kneuton valve. Other than that, moving along nicely….

I always thought this was the original film. Rockwell Retro Encabulator.
However, some research showed it was a joke first published in 1944(!!). specifically: John Hellins Quick, "The turbo-encabulator in industry", Students' Quarterly Journal (British Institute of Electrical Engineers), Vol. 15, Iss. 58, P. 22 (December 1944) <iframe width="691" height="518" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RgaKjVXK0KA" title="Rockwell Retro Encabulator - Technical Information" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
"101 projects for your bosun particle generator".
