How many pushups can you do?

I'm not a big fan...but I can do two...maybe three on a hot day.

I'm not sure that I've ever had one. I suppose at least you didn't take this the soft and lacy direction. Or maybe you should have.

I thought this was about the push up exercise. I was going to brag about myself because I can do a lot like 11.

I still do 40 push ups and 40 situps most mornings which is what the Army PT test required in Army basic training back in the mid 80's. I am 56 now. When I got my boat several years ago, I got on the scale and looked in the mirror... not good so I got on my morning pushup/situp/dieting kick. When I started doing them, I was shocked that I could only do about 25 of each (I assumed I could always knock out the old 40/40).... Took me about a month or two to get back up to my 40/40. I don't intend to let myself go again.

Back in the day when I was in Defence I could do three. I doubt if I could do that these days.

Amen.. getting old and out of shape.. I looked in the mirror and saw a fat fk.
Now I warm up with some kettle bell swings and am up to 100 burpees daily.
I still see a fat fk in the mirror just slightly less so now.
