It's tough to see here in LA that the former Sheriff wasn't reelected. I thought he had done a great job. Don't know how our Pelican LEO's feel but that's for another thread in another forum.
We just had 11 police recruits run over locally while out on a training run. Godspeed to them and prayers for a quick recovery.

Thank you for the compliments Denis, Craig, and Seahawk! We are just regular men trying to do our best to keep the communities safe.
I was one of the individuals who assisted with the command post a couple days ago when 25 recruits were struck by the vehicle. It was heartbreaking to say the least. I've been doing this crazy job for almost 34 years and have never seen anything like this. We are fortunate that we did not lose anyone.
As far as the stories, I have many many more! I'll get back at soon.
