Estate Sale Coaster Set

A friend of mine went to an estate sale today and picked up this coaster set for me. Pretty cool, Plymouth Road Runner, 4 coaster set in it's little clear storage container. I know nothing about this set so, it will be fun to see where these were sold new, like did Plymouth have accessories like this to promote the car? Don't know.

The artwork has a copyright, "Warner Bros Seven Arts Inc." On the back it says "Teraco Line USA".

So far, I have found that "Warner Bros Seven Arts Inc" was in business from 1967-1969, so, yep, these are pretty old, almost as old as me.

Found this. Warner Bros Seven Arts Inc. Road Runner, vintage 1967.
This looks exactly like the artwork of the road runner on the coasters.

The words "road runner" in lower case and the font used on the coasters is what was used on the 1st gen Plymouth road runner which was made from 1968-1970. Okay, I am finished investigating now.
These coasters are in a clear case that has foam in the bottom. I don't think these were ever used.
Also, here is a pic of a set made by Teraco Line USA that were for the dairy industry. They are loose and not in a case.

Want to sell? Gotta be a Mopar performance type forum out there that has a for sale section..

I'd suggest rewarding your friend for the good find.

Warning! This could lead to you becoming a thrift store, garage, & estate sale junkie...

Haha, not looking to sell them, I like this kind of stuff. I don't know what he paid for them but yeah, a good bottle of bourbon will be sitting on his bar soon. Now I will have to build a 1st gen road runner model car and display them.

Looks like they're designed to accommodate a lot of leakage...

I think they're super cool!

They are cool! And well designed…ridges to keep them from sticking to the bottom of the glass.
