Denis got it right. I'm knelt behind the company banner. A young 21 year old. I'm actually still in contact with the guy on the left. He ended up as a cowboy and packer in the Sierras. I posted a picture of him here some time ago as an old guy in his cowboy hat - the cowboy of the year.
