"Good tires, mused Bob, quietly reclining on a gurney, but not good enough to overcome my lack of talent and complete disregard for situational awareness."

Think of the first responders who have to deal with horrendous accidents like this.

I wondered when this was going to show up here.

What was the name of the guy that wrecked a Ferrari in California 10 or 15 years ago? He wrecked the car and walked away from the wreck. Shady character.

The airbag deployed. He should have been fine.

Stefan Eriksson was the driver in the Ferrari wreck 10 years ago.

Where’s Dietrich?

Eriksson told deputies that he was the passenger and that a man he knew only as “Dietrich” was behind the wheel. But detectives have been openly skeptical of the story, noting that Eriksson had a bloody lip and that the only blood they found in the car was on the driver’s-side air bag.

It was later rebuilt and sold for 1.75 million.

I feel sorry for whoever was in the Toyota...hope no serious injuries there. Obviously caught up in something not of their doing.

Well that's one way to start the engine out service on a Ferrari.

Mazda. You can see the hood badge in the initial post.
Edit: watched the video. The third vehicle was indeed a Toyota.

The transport department here, are trying to pass a bill that will make it compulsory for buyers of high performance cars to undertake a high intensity, advanced driver training course. Probably not a bad idea. If however, you have an accident in your hi-po car, the cops will take the ECU and see if the drivers aids were turned off. If they were, loss of license and a very hefty fine. Not sure if the ecu even stores that info...

Can anyone identify the Ferrari? I'm guessing from the hood it's a 458?
