Hors d’Oeuvres
For a small gathering, I made these for a bowl game.
Easy to make...just didn't taste like I thought they would. https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a53420/prosecco-grapes-recipe/ What went wrong? They tasted like normal grapes...was I supposed to poke each one?

How much of the proseco and vodka did you leave for the grapes?
 In hindsight puncturing them likely would have been better.

^^^ I did take a taste of the Prosecco....who would drink that stuff straight?
It's like mixing champagne with wine. I figured the mixture would enter the grape thru the stem hole....but it didn't. That will be my only try at it...unless someone sells a grape drill/puncture.

^^^ They were in the fridge marinating overnight...plus about 6 hours before and after.
So...almost a full day. I couldn't taste any diff from a reg grape...except for the sugar.

Plus...I didn't even wash them....so they were dry when the vodka and prosecco were added.

Or give the Prosecco and vodka mix to the missus and tell her you have carefully infused her cocktail drink with grape. And throw away the grapes.
