Sockets arriving today
No, not the $$$$ non magnetic. Just the opposite. Finally found these at an affordable price. Magnetic hex bit holder sockets...finally can apply some torque to the bits...although the 1/2" drive might be a bit much.

Now that they're in my hands, I can tell you the fit & finish is the usual Tekton quality..excellent. They hold the hex bits nice & tight, and the magnets are strong, hold screws on the bits. Yep...think they will be handy from time to time.

Thank you. Yes the 1/2" could be a bit much. No pun intended.

A man can never have too many sockets Paul. Good score getting them.
Nice brand too. I have a replacement 17mm Tekton socket and it's beautifully engineered too. |

Got mine yesterday. I also appreciate the simple packaging, just the bits in a bag. No clam shell to pizz off my arthritis.

Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....
