I stay away from the breads...except the Golden Nugget etc... Bread Pudding which is the BEST...anyway did the Buffet thing went over to Binions Horseshoe Casino and played some 1-5...7 Card Stud...man what a tight game...had a hard time picking out the sucker...which meant it probably was me...average size pot was $15.00. For the 1st hour was down less than $10....then went up to $30 ahead and back down to $60 down....when I hit a King High Flush with at least 10 of the Hearts out and it was a community card...as all the cards in the deck were expended...that brought me back to about even and I was able to hit a little rush so I was able to leave after about 5 hours $50 ahead...Which isn't bad for such a tight game...

Five hours at one table? Talk about the patience of a saint. I'd be falling down drunk after all the $2 scotch/battery acid and sodas.

What'd you do with the $45 - $45, 'cause you tipped the table, right?

$50 walk away money....the secret to Winining Poker is patience...U don't play the krap, throw away sm pair if one of them is allready out unless you have a big kicker and then you buy only one card, watch the cards that are out to see if your hand is still good, watch for a better hand that kan beat yours even if you make yours, and after 5 cards in 7 Kard Stud you fold if U havn't improved...no inside straights etc.....the longest I've gone is 15 hours...the longest a friends wife has gone is 48 hours...she consistantly wins at 4/8 7 card stud. $200, $400, $600...

Her husband (retired) when playing frequently can win about $1000 a month (no taxes cause it's cash) playing 3/6 Texas Holdem....he doesn't play anything less than J/9 suited, thats a weak hand for him. Then the flop and if he pairs the J's and a K is out there and is bet he folds... He's also a position better...he's really fine tuned his game....in Holdem you can see what the outcome of what your hand would be everytime....whereas in stud because U fold you can't really tell...

There's some two-bedroom condos that just went up for sale nearby: $400,000 starting price.

How bad do you wanna' come home to THAT?
