I remember doing a PDI on a new 911 that had the slats on the A/C vents wrapped in leather! Don’t remember how much extra that was but always wondered how long that would last before it peels off. The factory has a shop that takes the cars after assembly and does all that unusual stuff. All it takes is $$$.

I know exactly where that occurred. I have driven around that curve a thousand times. We lived a few minutes from there - not as close now, but still in the area.

I guess the load in the trailer was high-centered - either unknowingly loaded that way or got shifted during transport?
