I watched something like that happen right in front of me on I-74 a few years ago. I saw something blue and white shoot up in the air when the car rolled side over side several times. Turns out it was a woman in a white T-shirt and jeans. She landed on her head 50 feet from the car and died there on the ground next to the highway.

He couldn't have had a seat belt on to fly that far...at least he had the kid taken care of good.

He has the wrench on the nut backwards....sheesh.:)

Wondering how to install electrical, plumbing in the walls

I wondered the same but drilling would be easy. Conventional wiring layouts would be tough. Fed from a chase above or below would be the way. There is no code about receptacles being in a baseboard. Just inconvenient. There are codes on switch locations. There is no code on how they have to work except in commercial.

IOW, you could ostensibly operate your lights and a few appliances from your phone or other device remotely. Or voice.

I would think they could run conduit and cut outlets out as they were erecting the outside walls. Just need a long drill bit. Plumbing could be run under the floor.
