What's with the email notifications?

In the past, they worked great. An email would show a comment to a post.

Now...they are coming in large groups. This morning, I had 40 emails from yesterday.
Just now, all at once, I get 26 emails for responses given today.

What is causing the dam-up?

You should just be on the site hitting refresh every few seconds looking for updates. Bah! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo...leys/shake.gif Waiting for emails. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/nono.gif

^^^
The worst part is....when deleting 40 or more emails, I have to click on each box before clicking on delete.
If I miss one box...they all need to be re-clicked on.

My email doesn't have a 'delete all' function.

No problems on my end.

I use Chrome....wondering if that is the problem?
My email is with Comcast.

What mail client are you using? The web version?

For instance, I have a hotmail account linked here.
Search bar - type in Pelican
Click the checkbox next to Results, selects all the emails with Pelican in them.
Hit delete.
All done.

Looks like Comcast will only delete 50 at a time.
Should be a similar procedure.

How about those who feel the need to start a new thread every freaking 15 minutes?

I mean.....seriously?

Who does that?

It's the Comcast app.
It just started doing it a few days ago. It worked fine before.
