He's buried in an unmarked grave near his parents in Chillmark, MA, but some friends erected this marker where he hung out, Martha's Vineyard:

Another cameo (guess who) at the start of the film returning a 'used' prophylactic' during the Jake's prison release scene:
 Bonus Round: Two weeks after The Blue Brothers was released, another blockbuster film with him was released, but this guy's 'voice only heard it is.' Triple points if you can name the him, the second film, and the character. he voiced. You have 20 seconds..........................................

His brother, Jim, is very talented also. Just not as crazy.
His tv show 'According to Jim' was excellent.
