Last night Boston goalie got a goalie goal

I don't watch hockey, so wasn't sure what you meant, but thought that's what it must be. I figured the odds of that happening were about a million to one or more, so maybe it was something else.

The article I read this morning said he’s one of nine goalies who have done it so very rare.

Over the years quite a few goalies have scored, Ron Hextall, Marty Brodeur, and a few others. You almost said those precious words "Holy Moly what a goalie"
which ya hear quite often up here.

I was impressed by the fact that he made it as a "bank" shot. And it's hard to tell from the video, but it looked like the puck bounced off of the wall, and then changed direction one one of its landings. Clearly, that shot was meant to make it.

Near the end of a Hockey game the losing team often pulls the goalie, they then can put an extra offensive player on the ice...

I'm not much of a hockey fan, but shouldn't Vancouver have had at least one player in line to deflect that shot? The closest one to the net wasn't even looking back.

Yes an own goal is credited to whichever offensive player last touched it. Goalies can get assists as well.

Ullmark knew what he was going to try while the puck was heading to him. He "nonchalantly" addressed the puck from one side, not raising awareness, then quickly spins around it and sets himself to launch it across the whole of the rink.

Plus he sent it airborne which is impressive.

Nothing but net. I couldn't do that.
