Anyone recognize? LE CHALUTIER FANTÔME / THE GHOST TRAWLER
My father painted a version of this, probably in the 80's or late 70's, pre-internet. He typically painted from photos, calendar pics, etc and mostly nature and seascapes.
The earliest 'online' I can find is this one, from 2004:  https://www.artmajeur.com/christinemignot/en/artworks/2853497/le-chalutier-fantome Could it be a photo of a real wreck? My dad's painting is leaning over more and is more 'aged' Anyone know where this originates?
