Albert was entertaining. LOL

Absolutely, and the fact that they have a pretty effective plan to compensate for the 15mm is also very cool.

I was already aware of the Bernoulli effect, but it was still really cool to see it in action like that. And at about 8:13, you could see a short bit of natural porpoising right after he pulled out the nails, but before the "floor" had settled to the very bottom of his "wind tunnel".

Last year in pre season testing, someone had shown pics of the McLaren in the wet and you could see the tight, spirals of a beautiful vortex being generated down the side of the floor towards the back; other similar pix of the Merc and Ferrari at the same time showed weaker, sloppier vortexes. From that set of pictures, and the fact that at the beginning McLaren didn't suffer from porpoising, it was postulated that McLaren had 'got their sums right' and would be a force to be reckoned with.

It was fun to see an active demonstration of those side vortexes in action. Albert sure could have tightened up his demo, but, hey, he's Italian, there's a beautiful woman in a pretty dress asking him questions - who am I to say?
