uhhhh...where did you procure it?

A relative found it in their grandfather's closet while cleaning things out for a move.

Told them to call the city "311" info number to get direction for where to take it.

Give it to the neighbor kids to play with.

Call your local POPO.

Reminds me, years ago some kid found a grenade and was dared to drop it in his toilet...

Judging by the color on top of your exemplar its violet or yellow smoke. Take it out of the cardboard and see what is printed on the side.

drill some holes in the wax and stuff some string in the holes and you have a pretty neat candle.
