Serious problem with some eye drops and ointment
I'm just posting this in case anybody uses lubricating eye drops or ointment to make sure it's not EzriCare or Delsam Pharma "Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops" or "Artificial Eye Ointment," which could be contaminated with bacteria. This is brutal.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a total of 68 infections have been reported as of March 14. Three people have died, eight have lost vision, and four have had an eye surgically removed. This was published on 3/23/2023.
