Interesting car. It looks like someone tried to make a 507 but didn't have any money.

Well done. I've never seen such a thing. Looks like an MG with an ugly nose.

I wanted it to be a Horch or a Borgward so bad. It wasn't, so I quit looking. I've never heard of Gregory cars till now. Pretty cool!

We had a Borgward Isabella wagon when I was around 6-10 years old. Too young to judge it, but it didn't seem like much of a car. It was replaced by a Chevy Bel Air wagon with a 283. An improvement.

[QUOTE=Steve Carlton;11981445] it didn't seem like much of a car.

That's why I wanted it to be a Borgward, or a Horch. An attempt to go sporty from companies that were in their death-throes when the car in the OP (or a 507) was built.

FWD was considering manufacturing the Mighty Mite vehicle, hence the pictures. That led to me researching the Mighty Mite. Which led to research on Gregory and the screwball cars he designed.
A friend read my article on the Mighty Mite and sent me the picture of his car.
That was one of the most fun string of research projects I ever did.
