Car upholstery quote
Hey guys I need to have my front two seats reupholstered in my 99 C4 996 . The interior is a sea of Grey so want to make some changes . A fairly local shop came highly recommended . I have seen pics of his work and it is excellent .
I sent some pics and decided on doing all 4 seats in black leather with plaid center sections . I pull the seats and deliver . He does his magic and done . Cost ? $5200 . He steams the existing foam and will add foam to the bolsters to make hybrid sport seats . Additional foam to be added for comfort . I have never had a pro perform interior work . Is that price in the ballpark for a quality restoration ? |

Seems reasonable to me if that includes the cost of all materials and you're getting decent leather.
I base my opinion on what my brother has paid to have seats done at Autobahn.

These were some clapped out Scheel seats he had done with some reshaping to fit him.
I don't have a before pic handy, but they turned out nice, IMO. He had a 'get 'em done when you have spare time to fill' type agreement so they took a while.
