Interesting & Entertaining YT channel, hard2hurt
I don't remember how/when I stumbled across this channel, but I've been watching it for several months. I'm not a fighter, but I'd happily train at this guys place based on what I've seen on his channel.
He's entertaining and interesting and seems fairly intelligent. He used to be a cop, and was a police instructor. Now he teaches MMA/Self Defense/fighting/etc... He doesn't seem to worry about a lot of the BS. He doesn't take himself too seriously. Just a few random vids showing the breadth of the stuff that he posts.

I had a boss that worked in Manhattan but lived in Pennsylvania that had a ballistic plate in the backpack that he carried into the city.

Also very interesting.
When to fight back when the victim of armed robbery. Some very interesting info, including a short interview with a guy that was an undercover cop during the crack years that was robbed at gunpoint 9 times in 2 years.
