4 weeks til beach vaca. Must lose weight asap. Looking for recommendations.

Intermittent fasting? Keto? I exercise regularly but it’s not enough. Looking for a sensible way to drop 5 pounds or 10. Thx.

Stop eating all carbs and sugars.

Eat mostly veggies.

And ride your bike - a lot and as far as you can.

Lastly drink water - and lots of it!

Find a guy that needs help moving a sofa into a van.

Live in his dingy basement down an old well and do not put the lotion on the skin.

Escape before beach vacation.....

Or lots of cardio and eating smart.

Cut the breads and junk, focus on fruits, veg and nuts. Only eat ingredients not whole dishes. When you feel hungry gorge on carrots to keep a feeling of fullness.

Assuming your weight has been stable, you can use very simple math to help you attain your goal.

There are 3,500 calories in a pound.

Reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories per day, or increase your activity so that you burn 500 more calories than you have been, and you'll lose one pound per week (500 x 7 = 3,500).

Make it a thousand per day and it'll be two pounds a week.

Not intermittent fasting, but actual fasting.

have dinner, don't have anything the next day but water (drink lots, it helps you feel full), and don't eat anything again until the following morning.

After you've done 36 hours a time or two, you should find that 60 hours (2 full days and a night) isn't that hard. 84 hours (3 days and a night is tougher).

That's good for about .75#/day. It'll look like more because you lose some water weight, but gain that back when you break-fast. Just don't gorge when you break.

I would try to consume no more than 50-75 grams of carbohydrates per day.

Do this.

No sugared food/ drink. This includes alcohol. No flour products/ bread. Eat only 6 hours a day. Fast the other 18.

And, grab a fat baggie of meth to help with the motivation.

Meal replacement shake for lunch, 310 is good but I am sure there are just as good or better. Avocado or pistachios at 3 pm, sensible low carb high veggie and protein dinner. Easy. Any exercise and the pounds melt away fast.

The most processed food I eat is Simply Heinz ketchup (tomatoes and sugar). Buy and eat actual food vs. anything that comes in a box.

Gin and tonic has almost no calories if you want to consume alcohol.

I've lost 40 lb.s in the last 2 months by stopping sugar (which includes wheat products, beer, etc) and only eating two meals a day 5 hours apart with no snacking. I stay pretty busy physically with yard work and projects plus walk a mile or 2 a every day with the dog. I was hungry the first 3 days but that was it

Green beans are tasty, filling and have very few calories.

Good luck to you

Based on my years working with coke heads in the bars, I'd say that's the way to go. Meth seems to turn people into zombies at least based on pics and stuff that I've seen online.

I did know a girl in the bars that was heavy, that said that she'd tried using coke to get thin, but it didn't work for her. But it seemed to work for everyone else in the bar that used it (which was a lot). Name of the bar was "Paradise" so I used to call it the "Paradise weight loss program".

Drinking soda, lose it asap. No sugar drinks, no diet drinks.Water or unsweetened tea. Drops weight quick. Eat protein of your choice (steak, fish, chicken, eggs) and veggies. Fat will fall off you. No sugar at all. Check your salad dressing, nope! Sugar is in everything. For very short term to get to goal, kill the carbs. No junk food, no chips, no chit food. Protein and good carbs, veggies. You will drop it fast. Does not hurt to move your body a bit.
