Pork ribs are good...but beef ribs are the best.

I don't think they know how to do ribs...they always want to cook them and bbq them afterwards.

They can't even spell their state name right....Arkansaw. :D

The first time I had bbq ribs in the south...I was so disappointed.

They served cooked ribs with no sauce. WTF...why not cook them with a sauce to bake in??

Once met an older guy who did concrete work for a contractor I worked for. In addition to being a good concrete man he was an ex-con who spent time behind bars all over the state including a stint at San Quention... A biker type.

His best story was when he was in LA county jail when Charlie Manson was on trial in the 70's. He recounts that charlie was in his own cell, but not isolated and could be heard, addressed and seen if the angle was right.

He recounted an evening when they put another, new guest into a cage near them with an angry, angry dude.. As the new guy was being broken in and screaming for help as my guy tells it charlie shouts "it only wrips bad the 1st time1"......
