Angry Getting sick of the IE6 bug with PP BBS!

I've put up with it for ages, but I want to know if there is a fix available for the bug in IE6 that occurs after posting to the Pelican BBS? Is it specific to our version of VBulletin or is it just an IE6 error that came bundled with XP?

Do I need a patch for my browser or do I just need to learn to live with it?

Stop using IE maybe? Try Mozilla from http://www.mozilla.org

I'm using IE6 with XP Home, Adam, and it works perfectly. How does the "bug" bite?

Not quite every time I post, I get the annoying "page cannot be displayed" instead of the post I just authored. I've gotta then reload the main 911 forum, then refresh, then click on the thread to see what I've just posted.

Yeah, I'm on XP Pro also, man. It blows, but I'm glad my problem isn't unique to me.

My suggestion:
Clear out your temp 'net folders, and manually delete your left-over cookies, if there are any still in your folders.

Then log back in to Pelican and hopefully your bug will be gone.
