Free Mopar license plate frame (RWB)

Bought an old Cali plate because of the cool factor and it came in this frame. Free to a good Mopar lovers home. Vintage Robert Brown. I cut the plate bolts to free it and that’s it. I’ll let the new owner attempt a resto.

Off to a new Home

The frame:

Morning Matt, Nice, ‘68 Charger? I’m not really ‘up on the early Mopar but, I must be close, yeah?

Its yours. Pm me your address and I’ll box it up today.

Nice!

What does, "RWB" mean in the title?

That will look fantastic on your car Matt.

I considered it for my MoPar, but I think it's a little too fancy for it.

You are close ! Just a front end pic wasnt the best on my part for identification. It is a 1971 Charger R/T.

Actually thought of your truck first, lol.

I had a Custom 100 in High School. Slant six, three on the tree. Was a pretty decent truck.

Thanks for that. I think it's going to look great on Matt's car.

If it doesn't, I will send it your way.

This one is a 1968 D100 Custom also. It has a 318 and 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission and a 3:55 Suregrip rear end. My Pawpaw bought it brand new, has 63,000 original miles on it. Didn't have a dent in it until that dang tree fell on the carport it was parked under at the cabin. Did some cab roof damage, I'll fix it when I can.

Mine (technically Dads) was a ‘79. Red, did the whole smoked headlight covers, chromes, dual antenna Midwest thang to it, lol. Used to pop out of first like a mofo though, haha.
