Yes. I returned some a while back. They re-engineered all or most all of their jack stands. No Bueno on the old style.

Just hope Tabs clicks on this..

That's a weird one: recalling the recall replacements. I have 8 JS's and some are clearly inferior yet I used them as a young man. I have some from Sears and other than the black paint, they are identical to HF and all the rest of the discount tools store jacks.

What's a guy supposed to do? Well, I leave a floor jack or 2 under the car with light pressure. My Jag XJ6 is one heavy SOB in front.
