Grew them for years. Gave up as even Whole Foods tomato’s are a better bargain when I factor time in…. ..my most limited resource.

Mine are growing very well. Got zero last season, so put in an overhead sprinker (wasteful, I know, but couldn't deal with the maze of soaker again). Used a head from Irrigation King, 10 bucks, that is 3/4 inch full circle. Covers a 75x5o garden as we have a high pressure line direct off the well that feeds 300ft of black poly which runs above ground to the garden. I water every 2nd or 3rd day for an hour just at daybreak so it burns off the plants quickly.
My heirlooms are all over a cattle panel hoop trellis, pepper are great, as are cutting flowers.
We had a drought until early July, so it was a godsend.
Downside is weeds, but this year I spaced such that i can run a tiller between the rows.

Well, this is just great.
The plants haven't produced one tomato yet, and the fusarium/verticillium fungi are already starting to show.
Usually the plants are producing well before the annual fusarium/verticillium wilt outbreak occurs. The hot humid weather of the past couple of weeks were like a spa day for fungi.
Glad I canned a lot of tomatoes last year.

My tomato plants just started producing but still small and green. Same with the pepper and eggplants. Doing pretty good with lettuce, and my cukes are 6 feet tall and producing like crazy. The weather hasn't helped, tons of rain followed by days of extreme heat and humidity Lot's of work just to be disappointed.

I've collected about a dozeb yellow squash so far, the birds feasted on my raspberries and the green beans haven't yet flowered. The 'maters are finally coming in. Cherry toms are ripe, plum toms are still green and the beefsteaks are just ripening.

My garden sucks this year. Even my @Starless fruit. But I have a few stellar ones.
