Feed store, what the heck is that? :) WE would have to drive an hour or more to reach one of those places but they do sell them at Costco, I think?

I have eczema on my hands and I work in healthcare. Dry hands and constant hand washing and sanitizer can cause my hands to split open. I have tried almost everything.

My favorite moisturizers:
CeraVe
AmLactin
Aquaphor

Also, Dove makes a hand sanitizer with no alcohol in it. That seems to be easier on my hands.

My kid has eczema when he was young. We thought it was from the dry winters so we had cream, Aquaphor, on his face all the time. Later we discovered it was allergy related. Its all gone now and he out grew his allergy still, pollen kicks his butt.

PorscheGAL.

This stuff is amazing. Eulactol. I think it contains mainly eucalyptus tree oil, so is less chemical/toxic than most. It's heel balm but works on hands elbows, sunburnt noses LOL Certainly worth a try :)

One thing I love about the Pac NW - more half the year you’re basically living in moisturizer. Sadly, it’s getting toward less than half the year. But we’re cooling down and in a month it’ll start to rain and won’t stop until April or May. By then, of course, I’ll feel differently.

Derm doc recommended CeraVe

Noxema,
Witch Hazel w/o alcohol;
Watkin's salve;
Shave with Mitchel's Wool Fat;
and for my feet, warm water and white vinegar soaks.

Noting special.

After menopause cast it's dark shadow over our household we became fair experts in moisturizers.
Never tried "BAG BALM" though. I'm not sure that is the place you need it.

If it's just hands that need help try this. Get some cheap azz cotton gloves ( liners). Apply whatever goo you choose at bed time and sleep with the gloves on.

When I hiked poles for Ma Bell my hands were a mess. The overnight gloves fixed them up very quickly.

Though Bag Balm is a very good product, I noticed years ago the odor had changed to a milder, less medicinal one. I suspect the formula was changed to make it more agreeable to the general public. The can I have I have doesn't have the udder display on it like the one shown here. I'm wondering if the original formulated one is still available at ag stores.
