Nice...
Go easy on the throttle and you'll be fine. |

1. Super cool
2. My buddy’s neighbor just offed himself in a viper. We think it was simply too much throttle at the wrong time. Be careful! |

With a fossil fuel burner like that, you'll never get a date with AOC!
Yes, do take your time on the learning curve with that much under the hood...

Very cool. My favorite style as well. Years ago, I got to drive one at one of our local tracks. Pretty fun.

I thought it was pretty cool when Chrysler brought the Viper to Le Mans under a factory effort (same generation as yours) and they won their class. They were popular with the spectators as well.

Geronimo, I still remember your SC ownership experience where you got tranny AND head stud bills in the 1st year and wanted a Corvette.
Glad you finally ended that trainwreck, Can you share a summary of that SC chapter of ownership? This was my advice 4 years ago: Quote:

I owned a '96 viper. It was a great handling car. Docile when piddle-buttin' around, and a dragon on a leash at full throttle. Best part, I felt like a fashion model given all the attention it drew.
The only mod to mine was deleting the rear muffler. That made it sound perfect! A gentleman I knew twin-turboed his Viper It made by well over 1,000 hp.

You don't see those anymore. That is a good pic. IIRC, I didn't take to them a lot in looks. No argument about it being a beast.
Looks good as it sits but I'd wonder myself what wheel options might be had. I mean something outrages. No, not rubber bands for tires. I mean something beyond 5 spokes. Probably wouldn't hold the power but I really like wire wheels. That is wire wheels with AL barrels. Deep. There are no pics on Google of what I'm thinking. Regardless of wire or not, definitely centerlock. |

Superfastmatt is making his Viper into an offroad vehicle, you might want to go to YouTube and make the same mods...
