My guys have been cheap and been buying HF Icon sockets and open end wrenches for the past few years and they are happy with it. Cheaper then the typical Snap-ons and what not. I just bought a set of 13 or 14 piece of metric deep socket from SK. yep, made in China but we will see how they go. My guys may just take them and lose a few pieces along the way before I had a chance to use any of it. They borrowed my original set of SK sockets and are gone now. Those were the good ones, 25 year old and didn't get much use.

My only suggestion is to have a central place to put everything or return them to its original storage area. I have my hand tools hung on magnetic strips on one side of my garage wall. I will know if something goes missing and order as needed but when my guys came over to repair the deck couple weeks ago, they have my siht scattered all over hell and now there are couple pieces missing. Yep, my deep sockets. They were Tekton. Good enough for me and I like them for the amount of times used.

Yeah, what you gonna to do? Somehow, small pieces of something always seem to get dropped. OK or not, that's they way it goes. It wouldn't be fun for them if I doc them for my personal tools. they bust their chops for me day in and day out, so this is the one thing I try and look the other way. If they drop something big or leave a machine out in the rain or something, I will come unglue but they are pretty good about that.
