Calling all 911 owners who also own a Cayenne/Macan If you could check in with this thread, that would be awesome. Seems like a good idea to build the database for those Porsche SUVs http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-cayenne-macan-forum/1147223-calling-all-911-owners.html |

I subscribed to your linked thread. I have been timidly thinking about a Cayenne. I don't have the funds to buy something that is going to cost me 5K a year in repairs. But I like the car. |

I feel you on that, hence the Lexus rather than the pepperwagon. It is a huge pig of a thing |

i’ve been thinking about a Cayenne. My issue is a) that it seems you have to DIY everything for the cost to make sense and b) gas prices . . . an outing to the coast (200 miles) would cost, what, $50 just in gas? |

Posted to the other thread. '79 911 SC 2008 Cayenne base (my daily driver with 240k on clock) 2013 Cayenne base (wife's daily driver with about 100k on the clock) |

I'm in the timid camp. I sort of want one, then I look at my trouble-free Volvo wagon and I think 'what can the Cayenne do that my V70 can't do?'. Aside from running up big bills, I can't what the Cayenne gets me. |

Sold my Cayenne during the pandemic. Never got to take it to Tahoe which was one of the reasons I bought it... |

 I’ve had a few cayennes and a macan, but I’m a 944 owner not a 911 owner |
