Fall colors are just getting started here...

Just starting here .... but I do have one Maple that already dropped about half...

Time to break out the backpack Stihl Hurricane maker :)

I do have a Cyclone Rake for one larger property tho'....

I towed the Trac-Vac into the garage yesterday. Plan on changing the oil on it this afternoon.

Walnuts are still falling...up to 18 wheelbarrow full now off of one tree. :)

Should be peaking tomorrow or the next day here. The healthy oaks are still pretty green, though. UP is well past prime already.

Our fall is all over the lawn already :D

Except the sun. No sun. Well not no sun. As I was driving home just before sunset, I was heading due east when all of a sudden, like instantly, the woods in front of me burst into a brilliance I had never experienced before.

I actually pulled over to absorb such a magnificent sight.

^^^ Agreed...the air is cool, the humidity is totally gone, the colors are xx vivid.
I love the fall around here.

This pic doesn’t even come close but here it is, anyway. You can see the the top half of the trees are in full sunlight with the bottom half being shaded. For a few brief moments the entire tree line was lit li I’d never seen before. I just sat there staring then decided to take the pic, knowing it wouldn’t do Justice to such glory…
