This year’s first day on snow…
 

We decided to go do some early season turns yesterday… it was still (very) early conditions but the training run was open and we had some fun.

So she's the one who was quite an accomplished wee skier last year?

Yes, this is my ski racer daughter. We were at Nakiska, not the most challenging ski resort but at least they are open.

There were ~4 race teams (including Mt Hood Ski Team all the way from Oregon) training there and maybe 70 members of the public.

We were at Norquay twice last weekend.
My son has started his instructor training there for the upcoming season.
