(The re-rod one.)

Snot Artificial Insertion. Lots of cases like that.

ROFLMAO! I've seen that before, but it's hilarious EVERY time.

That is my life.

"comment about something not working, negative, some sort of problem"
"suggestion on a fix, improvement, work-around"
"I did not ask you to fix it. Honestly, after almost 30 years together, you should know that's not what I am asking for."

(me thinking but not saying out-loud, "after almost 30 years together, you should know that the way that my brain works is that if I hear about a problem, I'm going to try to solve the problem.")

Ok...I don't get it.
Maybe I shouldn't.

Real picture. Lots of examples of rebar getting into people's heads and bodies.

stevej37 12-01-2023 01:43 PM

Just seems strange that both ends of the rebar are clean with no blood stains.
No blood anywhere.

I would hope it is the patient's, because those are some nasty dirty nails for a surgeon.

I'm just guessing, not being a trauma dr or first responder, but I'm guessing that to end up in that sort of situation it happens FAST. I wonder if the blood doesn't start flowing that fast. Certainly, with that poked into the skin, the vessels immediately adjacent to the puncture are likely to be squeezed off/shut.

Looks legit.
