World's oldest pants

This is why I am a shorts and tee shirt guy and not a worrier instead a lover:D

I always thought pants were worn through out history due to colder climates. If they wait for people like me to buy or have them tailored, their family would starve.

Interesting how they know gusseted crotch allow ease of movent. I have had gusseted shorts and pants, they are great and doesn't press up against the boys

I wear shorts and t-shirt all summer, and change to Levi jeans in the winter months.

The original Levis had a rivet at the crotch to hold everything together. Cowboys quickly learned too never sit close to the fire as that rivet got really hot in a sensitive spot. Levi stopped putting a rivet there soon after.

If you live in a colder clime for winter.....flannel lined jeans are the only way to go. :)

There are many things in live I just don't understand at all. One of them is (mostly) women buying new jeans, with huge ripped jeans around the knees and legs. It looks stupid, but I am not know for my fashion sense. My wife would never wear old ripped jeans, and I have some work on the car or yard work jeans with a worn out knee, but it was from real work, not store bought holes.

I hate ripped knees on my work pants. I either patch them of toss them. As for the style there was a company here in the Sewer that employed people with angle grinders to mess up new jeans. True story. That was a while back too.

There is a thrift store that sells groceries?
