Sounds reasonable.

Uhaul rent a double axle enclosed for cheap.

Even if you can find a trailer big enough for 911 and stuff it may be too big for the SUV.

I tow with a cayenne a very light aluminum enclosed trailer custom made. It's at the limit

With the price of gas and the wear on your SUV...have you thought about using a POD? A small one (8ft) holds a lot and you can put the rest in your SUV. They will provide an estimate and often offer discounts up to 30%.
