IANAL but if you post on a website I believe you lose copyright. They aren’t misrepresenting your property as theirs to try to sell it so I suspect you won’t get far.

Water mark your photos

I guess you could report it to Amazon or contact the seller about it.
I had something similar happen on Craigslist a few years ago. Someone was selling a Hobie Cat that looked very similar to mine and had pictures of my boat in their listing. I reported it to Craigslist and the ad was changed and pics of my Hobie were removed. Sent from my SM-S916U using Tapatalk |
Move on. Not worth your time.

Looks like the seller is "Goldfire". Why don't you contact them and see what they say? Maybe they would indeed comp you some swag for the courtesy......doesn't hurt to ask!

Those outside bags look worthless, I wouldn't use one even if I was comped. The between the seats one could be handy I guess.
Do you have the padded knee rest/inside door bags on you KRX? |
Yes on the door pads and center console knee pads too. Do you have a KRX? or?

I would contact them just to ensure they are running a scam and selling items they don't actually have. Seems sketchy.

Those are the same knee pad bags my buddy got me at the King of the Hammers a few years ago. We have a friend that races there.
No, I have one friend with an older Teryx he has heavily modified and here’s my ‘15 XP1000 getting better front control arms with beefier ball joints. Broke one of the ball joints off last year in Moab on Hells Revenge. These screw in and out and can be replaced on the trail. I know a lot of the newer stuff is great, like yours, but this is paid for and I’m slowly replacing the weak points… like you I have bead locks, bigger tires etc. I’ve run it hard for years. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1705974305.jpg |
You never lose the copyright, unless you assign it to someone else.
Do you have your images registered with the copyright office? "If your photography is not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office prior to an infringement, a photographer may only recover “actual damages” instead of “statutory damages.” " Most people never register their images, and your ability to legally obtain monetary penalties is limited on non registered images. You could send the a cease and desist order, and hope they are reasonable to deal with. No, I am not a lawyer. But I am a fine art photographer and have gone through similar issues in the past. Good luck gary |
