Need Help With Sim Card Reader????

As many on here know I have been a member since Wayne started the site and at times will give out a tidbit of my huge base of knowing stuff as I am approaching 79 this year I thought in the last week my memory had filled up. Happened twice when I needed to read a SIM card from a dead iPhone. So I bought a reader from A....n and the instructions were in Chinese so no matter what I tried on dice. So a return and ordered another one. This on had pretty good instructions, gave where to get theeir "special" edit/reader software so just in case after I downloaded the RAR file I unplugged my PC from the net. Well their software ran, said it was happy, gave me a desktop icon but when checking the Windows Device Manager it did not show this one but a Microsoft reader? Not working again!!!!

So I called a couple places I deal with and those youngsters are pretty sharp and they do not even try doing that as they had NEVER been able to get one of those multi-card type readers to work. Oh damm this is not good so I seek anyone who has done this already can you tell me what you used both hardware and software wise please?

And yes I did call several places and they either said no can do or it will take a week??
Thanks guys and ladies, John

Was Wayne even born before 1969?

Sorry...I don't know the answer to your question.

Phones are pretty good at reading sims.

What are you trying to read from it?

Could you put it into a different phone and email the data over wifi?

That was WW2, or was it 1974.

My mom has gone to a Verizon store near her (with her Iphone, and not even a Verizon customer), and they have assisted her several times over the years. Good luck!
