I read he's been paying Kenny G $600k a month for his Malibu beach house while he's waiting for his $127 million dollar home to be built.

I'd settle for being in Kenny G's shoes.

Which is next to nothing (600K) for Bezos.
Oh well...he is smart and has earned it.

$600K/month is strong, and that's his rental income. He's supposedly worth about $100M.

^^^ I was meaning Bezos.....his worth is $179 billion.

Soooo... he's gotta put in a 16 hr day on Monday ... to cover the 127 million dollar mansion ....

Or he can just call in "$ick" :D

I heard he eats his lunch off of the Taco Bell Cravings Menu.

I think he uses the Taco Bell drive thru ... that $2 burrito and a 30 minute lunch break cost him 4 million bucks....

I remember many years ago when IBM was at the peak, and they had a profit of 4 billion, and they was big news. One company making 4 billion in a year. Then things changed and they lost a couple of billion. I remember thinking, wow, I made billions more money than IBM!

The levels of profit of some companies like Amazon are just amazing, but look at the money they have in infrastructure. Huge warehouses, delivery vans, and staff. Then look at Google or Apple. Yea, a large campus, and lots of computer power, but they are all software, but manufacturer things in China.

Wrong and I don't know why certain people feel the need to mischaracterize that statement ad nauseam. What he said was that the business owner did not build the infrastructure present in the United States that allows companies such as Amazon to operate and thrive. And he was 100% correct as well as making an important point wrt companies and successful individuals paying their fair share in taxes.
