Cool car. I've always loved the little 2 finger door paddles on these older Ferrari's.

Stayed at $300K so did not meet reserve. Seller's comments: My absolute thanks to all those that took the time and patience to bid as well to those that took the time to travel and see this automotive icon in person but obviously the bidding is light and the Corbani Dino will not be moving to a new home today. The good news is I will get a chance to have more fun with her especially now that she is sporting a new pair of shoes! To the many fine commentators and overwhelmingly kind comments, my hats off with gratitude and thanks! Of course a special shoutout and thanks to our friends and gracious hosts at Bring-A-Trailer for whom otherwise we would all have far fewer smiles on our faces these days. A wonderful day to everyone and looking forward to seeing you all over at our rare Mercedes Benz 190SL auction. Kind regards, Bill Noon

Who wudda thot.....
When I was a kid, a well known attorney down the street parked his Dino at the curb, because his "good" Ferrari got the garage space, with his wife's Lincoln Continental taking up the other side. Hey- It's just a Dino. Leave it out on the street. He made his name defending a crooked sheriff. |

I remember following John’s posts on ferrarichat. Very entertaining. As I recall, he cleaned pools and hauled all his gear around in it. I believe there was a thread over there after it was bought and then stripped down and restored. I know a guy who bought a blue one and burgundy new and only just sold both of them after retiring. They were in like new condition. Since then been driving around in an AMG black series

I liked these cars at around $40k. They are cool looking but pretty darn slow. I've never heard of John Corbani, what the hell is a "noted Ferrari enthusiast?"

Guess he was not that interested in selling it. I think the prices of toys are going to eventually start coming down, but the dollar will fall so much it will be a wash for Americans.
