first, i am stunned by the ambition, optimism and engineering genius.

second, i see this turning into a dystopian nightmare fast.

Interesting that Saudi Arabia (of all places) is already planning for the end of profitable oil industry rents (about 1:50 in the video). Maybe they know something.

$700 Billion to build a mega utopia out of nothing. That's all? Hmm.
