Why ? Falcons sign Kirk Cousins
I thought Arthur Blank was smarter than this . Oh well maybe it will work out . Crazy $$$ and crazy guaranteed $$$ .

B+ maybe A- QB?, QB1 are hard to come by in the NFL... Falcons needed one. I'm happy for the Cousins family. Seem like good folks, quite the payday!

I have no issues with Cousins as a person he seems like a decent guy . But elite QB? I don't think so but I would be happy to be proven wrong .

There are a lot of decent, even good, or great QB's that have shown to be terrible people and an embarrassment to the team/league.
KC is elite (or almost elite) and he's PR superstar with zero drama and probably zero risk of arrest.

I have nothing against KC
 .That said ... he's 36 yrs old, and has suffered an injury than ends many careers .... at a full stop. 4 years ... for 180 million (with 100 million guaranteed) at that age and injury just seems .... sorta rich  . Of course I'll see him play at least two games where just shines  .... (Carolina )I wish him well .... haven't followed him that much to be honest ... but 100 million guaranteed.... gulp! |

^^^ No question there are risks, but he is just a really fine man.
